First of all, to start, the nasal tip line I want is one that falls in a rounded shape. Five years ago, I had surgery for a deviated nose + functional rhinoplasty + implant-free rhinoplasty (autologous dermis used for the nasal bridge, septal cartilage used for the nasal tip). Because my nasal bridge was originally high, I wasn’t too worried, but the problem is that the autologous dermis was completely absorbed, so the nasal tip feels pointed. After worrying about it, I started researching. (There is slight show-through at the nasal tip.) (Actually, my current nose is the textbook straight-to-slightly-upturned nose, so a lot of people said it was good enough, but I don’t like it..)
In conclusion, this is not nasal reconstruction; I’m in a situation where I simply need a minor corrective procedure to make the nasal tip rounded (no functional issues). But finding this kind of clinic was really hard... I also want to hear everyone’s opinions, and I’m sharing this in the hope that the list I organized will help people with cases similar to mine!
First, the places that made it onto my first-round shortlist are:
ㅇㅂㅋ (I went for a consultation - the director explained everything in great detail and did not recommend excessive correction; recommended ear cartilage) ㅊㅇ / ㅈㅇㅈㅇ / ㅋㅂㅈ ㅈㅇㅈ (I’m female, and I’m debating because it’s known for men’s noses. But I really like the rounded nasal tips, so I put it on the list after online research.)

Reasons I narrowed it down to the clinics above:
1. Clinics that can actively accommodate my opinions - I passed on all large hospitals because they tend to be somewhat lacking in this factor. * (A drawback I felt because I had my first surgery at a large hospital)
2. Clinics that can, no matter what, create a naturally falling rounded nasal tip
3. Clinics that have handled many implant-free rhinoplasty cases (especially using ear cartilage)

From here on are about 15 clinics I organized through online research. They are places I passed on because they didn’t match the decision factors above, but this is purely “my” opinion, and I have not gone for consultations there. I only organized them after checking reviews and information, so please use this just as a reference.
ㅇㄴ - Director formerly from ㅍㄹㅁㅇ reopened a clinic (found a comment saying the nasal tip was raised too much, pass) ㅌㅇㄴ - Director formerly from ㅍㄹㅁㅇ reopened a clinic (too flashy by my standards, pass) ㅂ - Factory-style clinic, pass ㅂㅇㅇ - Relatively new procedure + issue with appointments taking too long, pass ㅇㅇㄹㅁ - Unfriendly / old facilities issues, pass ㄴㅇㄷ - Price is damn expensive / aesthetic doesn’t match mine, pass ㄹㅂㄹ - Seems too flashy by my standards, pass ㅁㅇㅌ - Seems to specialize in straight-to-slightly-upturned noses, but by my standards it still feels somewhat pointy, and there are many places I like more, so pass ㅋㅇ - Typical semi-scooped nose line, but the reviews seem good; there are many places I like more, so pass ㄴㅈㄹ - Seems like they don’t use ear cartilage much..? pass ㄴㄴ - Large hospital, pass ㅃㄹ - Doesn’t seem to specialize in implant-free rhinoplasty, pass ㅍㄹㅇㅂ - Too flashy by my standards, pass ㅇㅇ - Just lacking information, pass ㅁㅋ - By my standards, it does have a very slightly pointy feel, so pass ㅁㅇㄷ - Aesthetic doesn’t match mine

I’m the type who only feels confident when I personally look into every single thing from start to finish, so I searched a really large number of places. But the nose is an important area, and especially with revision surgery, it should be the last surgery, so I think this is important. I hope this helps! Starting tomorrow, I’m planning to gradually go around for in-person consultations, and I’ll post more updates as I go.
