I had a full-incision double eyelid surgery with epicanthoplasty, and first of all, they created the in-out line I wanted so naturally, neither too high nor too low, that unless I say I had double eyelid surgery, people wouldn't know. The double eyelid lines are slightly uneven, but it's the kind of asymmetry only I can notice, so it's fine. They did the surgery naturally, without making it excessive.
