My original nose was small, and during my first surgery, the bridge between my eyes was set high, so it looked upturned. For the revision surgery, I had the columella brought out, the nasolabial angle increased, and the nasal tip made slimmer. My nose is slightly shifted to the left, but it doesn’t look that way in person; it only looks like that if you look closely in photos It’s been about 4 years since the surgery now, and I had my nasal tip built up with ear cartilage, but I guess it can’t be helped that this part droops Still, the doctor said it’s made by human hands, not a machine, and that part isn’t a major issue, so I’m living satisfied with it I hope everyone succeeds!
