Not constantly, but when my nose has mucus or boogers??? there’s a bit of a foul smell, but I don’t think it’s inflammation... If I put a little saline on a cotton swab and wipe it out, it stops again lol. At some point I got used to the hardness of my nasal tip too, so it’s just whatever~~ I don’t really notice any discomfort... What I’m most satisfied with is that the proportions of my eyes, nose, and mouth look right when I take selfies! Escaping the big bulbous nose is the best... Just don’t get inflamed and let’s keep going....^^.... From below, you can tell the nostrils are nostrils from a operated nose, but I think the shape turned out pretty lol. I don’t hide it from people around me, so I’m satisfied. A coworker I met after a year and a half didn’t even know I’d had nose surgery, and when I told her first, she was really surprised... She said something seemed different but she thought I’d lost weight.... Actually I gained more weight, but maybe because the nose is central, my facial features look more defined...
