After getting it done, it was only okay in the nasolabial fold area for the first one or two months while the swelling went down. Now that 5 years have passed since the surgery, I don’t know if it has calcified, but there is a hard lump-like area, so when I smile or make a lot of facial expressions, it looks creepy and ugly I think I’ll have to remove it completely Only the exact area where it was inserted bulges when I make expressions, so I’d probably need to add more naturally around it, but adding more feels like a gamble, so I’m just living with it for now. If I get the chance to remove it, I plan to remove it.
