At first, there was quite a bit of waiting time compared with the appointment time. When I had a face-to-face consultation with the doctor, I liked that the explanation was kind and there was no overtreatment, but I was a little disappointed that there was no detailed explanation about what procedure would be done and how it would be performed. The problem was that the consultation manager pushed the same-day consultation fee and deposit way too much, and when I wanted to cancel the deposit that same day, they flatly said it was non-refundable. It was very unpleasant.
