I had surgery about 5 years ago using septal cartilage only for the nasal tip. I asked for it to look natural, and it really is natural. I do think it would be nice if it were a little higher, but since I was the one who asked for it to be natural, I’m satisfied For about the first 6 months, I thought, “This level is perfect,” but as the swelling kept going down, it gradually became lower. No one knows I had nose surgery. I still haven’t had any side effects. The only times I notice it are when I get a wisdom tooth removed or open my mouth wide. I can’t make a pig nose. I asked whether I couldn’t make a pig nose, and the doctor said there aren’t many situations where you need to make a pig nose in front of other people lol
