For my first surgery, I had silicone and septal cartilage, and my nose became longer, so I decided on revision surgery. I had mentioned this part, and because of my personality... I didn't look around at many places and had it done at a large ENT clinic in Seoul.
From immediately after I came out of the operating room, I kept telling the director that my nose had become too short and upturned, but the director, manager, and nurse all say no. People I know say it does look a little upturned.
Could you take a look and tell me how it looks? To me, it looks like So Yoo-jin's nose Is it because the columella is recessed compared with the nasal alae? Why does it look so much like an upturned nose?
