Even though I had made a reservation, there was a long wait, so I waited about 1 hour. There were really a lot of people. I met with the consultant first and had a consultation; she was on the kind side. The director felt a bit businesslike, but was kind, and even let me touch the silicone myself. He clearly said alar base reduction was not necessary, so I got the impression that they only recommend surgeries that are needed.
Overall, it was fine.
