I had nose surgery because I didn’t like how blunt and large my nasal tip felt hahaha The surgery was alar cartilage tying and soft-tissue removal, and it was done without implants, with no autologous dermis or silicone, etc.! Now that 3 months have passed after surgery, the swelling has gone down quite a bit, and it seems to be gradually settling into place. I wanted only the nasal tip to be gathered naturally, and maybe the director and I were on the same page, because it turned out exactly in the shape I wanted, so I’m more satisfied than I expected The swelling will keep going down from here too, right?
