I went in for a consultation because I wanted to remove scars and raise the line higher. The consultation was thorough, and they clearly told me what could not be done when something wasn't possible. They recommended a line that would suit my eyes and carefully checked how much could be excised. They explained how the surgery would be done, and when there were points I didn't understand, they drew them out to explain. When I consulted with the manager, they showed me review photos and were really kind. The hospital was clean and nice. It's too far from my house, so going back and forth is hard, but I liked it so I made a reservation and left.
