Before<surgery before>After<surgery after>I'm leaving a review on day 18 after surgery. There is still so much swelling that my nose feels very tight and puffy I was stressed because of my very large bulbous nose, but I'm satisfied after the surgery!! After surgery, I'm also quitting smoking, which I had done for 10 years, and I'm planning to quit alcohol for 3 months! For surgery, I had a 4 mm nasal bridge, nasal tip with septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage, nostril reduction, bulbous nose correction, rhinitis surgery, and deviated septum surgery. Now after rhinitis surgery, breathing is comfortable, so I'm very satisfied functionally!! Cosmetically, I wanted a slim nose, and because of swelling it is not very slim yet, but they say swelling goes down for up to 3 months, so I'll have to wait. This is a rhinoplasty review I'm very satisfied with ~~
