It’s day 23 since I had nasal tip surgery without an implant. Originally, I had an arrow-shaped nose and a hump, so my nostrils weren’t very visible. But after raising the nasal tip, my nostrils are visible, and when I look from below, both sides look the same, but from the front, the size of the nostrils is slightly different. Other people can see that they’re different too. But can this change because of nasal tip surgery? I feel like most of the swelling has gone down, and I don’t even know if they’ll provide an AS/follow-up correction for this. I feel like they’ll tell me to get nostril reduction… ha… I feel like I’m going to lose my mind

After my first surgery, I developed inflammation within one week, so everything was removed, and 6 months later I had revision surgery with silicone + ear cartilage. The silicone settled a bit crookedly, but honestly it did not bother me…
