I had revision surgery using the septal cartilage + ear cartilage I wrote about previously. I got revision surgery because my nasal tip was absorbed and a pollybeak deformity developed, but my columella disappeared and my nose became slightly crooked. The shape wasn’t terribly strange overall, so I wasn’t planning to get another revision, but now the nasal tip is showing through, so I’m planning to have revision surgery somewhere else.
