I had a nose surgery without an implant here in September 2020. My nose had a high bridge, but it was long and had a bulbous, wide shape. So I had osteotomy + tip surgery + hump removal, and I really am completely satisfied compared to before, and my boyfriend says it's fine too! But... from the front, I wish they had done more osteotomy. I want a slim nose because my wide nose stresses me out, but my nose is still wide Oh, and when I had the nose surgery, they used local anesthesia, lifted the tip of my nose, and let me look in the mirror They asked if it was okay at that level Also, when they were hammering during the osteotomy? my head rattled so much.... It didn't hurt, but.... it was a strange experience And because I wanted a slim nose, after the surgery I kept going back to the clinic asking for another osteotomy, but the director didn't do it.. Later they got a little stern and scolded me, so the aftercare was a bit disappointing
