I was worried about my bulbous nose, so I made an appointment. When I went, I think I waited about 15 minutes? maybe around 10 minutes. I have rhinitis, so I needed to get a CT scan, but they got confused and I went straight in, then went back out to get the scan. They apologized for the mistake, so it was okay. Then I had the consultation with the director. First of all, I liked that it was a one-doctor clinic, and they answered the questions I asked well. When I asked whether I needed osteotomy, they said I am still young, so we should take a safe approach. They also complimented me, saying I had looked into a lot. The consultant was also kind and pretty, so I liked that. I deducted one star because it was before surgery, and I thought it would be easier to understand if you had basic knowledge.
