One week after rhinoplasty

I had a hump nose correction, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and 5 mm silicone. It has been one week since my rhinoplasty, and I wanted it to be as high as possible within a range where my eyes wouldn’t look too close together. It’s 5 mm now, but I feel like it’s too low I used to worry a lot that my eyes might look closer together because of my epicanthoplasty, but if my eyes seem this unaffected, I want to make it much higher. For now, they say this height is the maximum for me, but I’m not sure if they’re saying it’s the maximum because I said it feels low. It also seems lower than when I had filler. My number one concern was my crooked nose, but the height is stressing me out more than the fact that the crookedness wasn’t completely corrected I said that I really like a glamorous look, and I brought several photos too, but the shape is not the shape I wanted either. I do think that even this current result is not bad as if it were a huge disaster, and I recognize that it’s not completely botched, but it’s still not the nose I wanted For the hump not looking smooth either, will I only be able to tell after the swelling goes down? I feel like the height is too low. Once the swelling goes down more, it will get even lower, so what do you think? I wish it were much higher.. I’m considering revision surgery later.
