I found out about it on YouTube and went there, and I was satisfied with the consultation itself with the director. My concern was that not much of the white part at the front of my eyes was exposed, making me look cross-eyed, and the director caught that right away. I also liked that they showed me other surgical cases and clearly explained what was possible and what wasn’t. The consultation wasn’t long; I think it was about 10 minutes. Like in other reviews, the director did say “Please wait a moment” and left, but since the explanation was already finished, I thought, I see. However, the consultant came in right away, but maybe the consultation details hadn’t been passed on…
