About 5 years ago, I had double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty, and I remember getting it from the representative director at the time. The director was kind, and he immediately noticed and corrected things I had lived my whole life without knowing, like asymmetry in eye-opening strength and asymmetry in eye length, so thinking about it now, the surgery turned out well. There is a bit of scarring from the epicanthoplasty, but part of that was because I didn’t manage it properly. But except for the director, all the other staff were unfriendly.
