I had implant-free nasal tip surgery. The consultant said the director’s style is that the septal cartilage is always used, and the price is determined depending on whether there is a hump and whether additional cartilage is used. The director is rather firm. I recommend it for people who have some nasal bridge height and like a dramatic look (not a natural-glam look). The hospital facilities are clean and the staff are kind, which is nice. Implant-free surgery is by no means a light surgery. I hope you search a lot in this community, think it over, and then decide.
