There was a consultation fee of 20,000 won, but the consultation was so detailed and kind that I completely understood why there was a fee. I had the consultation with the director first (40 minutes..?), then heard the cost explanation from the consultant. They started with small talk, and told me to first talk about what I was curious about and what I was worried about. I liked that they explained why something would improve and why something would not improve while taking my facial case into account. I could feel their professionalism throughout the consultation...
