The director is really kind and warm. I had a consultation because I was concerned about my square jaw, and they recommended it, saying it seemed like it would be good to do. I think the consultant was kind too. I do want to do it, but there are reviews saying they make the surgery look too natural, so I think I'll look around a few more places before deciding.
