I had previously had surgery with the buried-suture method, but after about 2 years, my eyes started to look heavy and the line was high, so I began thinking about revision surgery. I wanted my eye shape to have a slightly softer feel, so this was my first time getting lateral lower canthoplasty. I had incisional double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty with Director Baek at ㅅㄴㅇ! I wanted the double eyelid line lowered and the lateral lower canthoplasty done softly to suit my eyes, for a natural look. The result after surgery matched what we had planned during the pre-op consultation, so I think I made a really good choice! The photos show immediately after stitch removal at 1 week post-op, 3 weeks post-op, and the degree of the lateral lower canthoplasty. I hope they help as a reference!
