Rhinoplasty is a really risky surgery There are also many cases where people aren't satisfied after just one surgery,, I really have no nasal bridge at all.. and I think my nose is on the short side too My nasal tip is blunt and I have a bulbous nose,.. honestly everything is a problem Please recommend a clinic that is good at alar reduction and bulbous nose surgery!!
