Nose filler & alar reduction injection and forehead filler

My nose wasn't extremely low or ugly, but my nasal bridge was a bit low and the area between my brows itself was on the wide side, which was my complex. I was told that since my eyes were already opened up to begin with, an epicanthoplasty procedure would have only a minimal effect, so I naturally became interested in nose surgery. Before getting nose surgery, I thought I should at least try filler once, so I went to a plastic surgery clinic. I live outside the Seoul area, and I was working at a dermatology clinic. At that time, forehead filler (autologous blood + filler procedure) was popular among the doctors there, and after seeing two or three people before me have successful results with no side effects, I got information and ended up getting nose filler and even the alar reduction injection recommended by the consultation manager. (Actually, at that time I did not have a consultation with the director and only saw him right before the procedure;; I should have thought it was strange then, but because it was a procedure rather than surgery, and because I only trusted an acquaintance's successful forehead result, looking back now, getting nose filler and alar reduction injections carelessly with no information was really reckless of me..) When I consulted with the manager, I asked what would happen if the nose filler caused side effects, and she said side effects almost never happen, and even if they did, if I came to the clinic right away they could resolve it. The procedure really hurt.. I am pretty good at tolerating pain, and the forehead was less painful than shocking because the filler is inserted between the bone and muscle, so I could vividly hear the injection needle scraping against the forehead bone. But the nose was really... I would rather have surgery than ever do that again After finishing the procedure like that, I went home and spent the weekend diligently reducing swelling, then went to work, and the doctors made a huge fuss. My forehead had turned out sooo well. They said I looked like a completely different person, why hadn't I done it sooner, whether it was the filler effect my face was glowing, they thought there was a light shining behind me, and so on. The procedure turned out better than any of the doctors who had done it before me. With my forehead fuller, my cheekbones also looked relatively less prominent, and even when I tied my long hair all the way back for work, my face didn't seem to look shabby.. But my happiness ended when a problem developed with my nose. At some point, the area around my right nostril/alar area started turning bluish? At first I tried to cover it with makeup, but later that area became sunken and the pores became noticeably enlarged. When people around me started asking what was wrong with my nose, the happiness began turning into stress. When I searched online, it turned out to be a side effect that can commonly occur with fat-dissolving injections. Fortunately, there was no pain and, from the outside, it did not seem like inflammation had developed, so I decided to watch it. Only after about two years of covering it with makeup did the flesh fill back in on the alar area and the color return to normal. Even now, though, an unidentified pimple sometimes pops up in that area, and I keep feeling like it is because of that injection. I developed a habit of always examining my nose closely whenever I look in the mirror. In conclusion, I want to say that I would rather have nose surgery than ever get filler again. And for proper plastic surgery, I will do enough legwork and online research, and choose candidate clinics where I can consult directly with the director. I am really relieved that my skin came back after two years, but if it had not come back.. When I called to ask whether my nostrils seemed uneven after the nose procedure, I cannot forget how they snickered mockingly and said to the staff member next to them over the phone, "She says her nostrils are un...even.." This got really long as I wrote it.. It was a rambling account of my experience. Lastly, I hope everyone preparing for plastic surgery makes wise choices and brings their long period of deliberation to a successful end!
