I am 3 weeks post-op from nose surgery. Silicone on the nasal bridge, septal cartilage at the nasal tip. The columella incision line originally wasn’t red, but suddenly the incision line became red and a small round red spot also appeared. There is no swelling and no pain. I just very occasionally feel a very slight throbbing sensation. Could this be inflammation? Or is it part of the healing process? Or has the wound area opened up? Please help me. I’m so worried I feel like I’m going crazy..
