I had it done at ㄷㄹ Plastic Surgery in Apgujeong. Without visiting other clinics separately, my mom heard that her friend’s daughter had amazing results there, so she only took me there for a consultation and we booked it right away. I had it done by Director Park. At the time, buried suture double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty were recommended, but I only went ahead with the buried suture method. (I regret not doing the epicanthoplasty, so I’m looking into it now;;) Honestly, for the first year after double eyelid surgery, I thought it had failed. It was an out-line crease, and anyone could tell I had double eyelid surgery. Since it was buried suture, I didn’t think the swelling would go down any more after that, but unexpectedly, after the 1-year mark the swelling gradually kept going down, and now I’m very satisfied. The lines are slightly uneven, but my eyes weren’t perfectly symmetrical to begin with, so I’m satisfied.
