I’m going around for consultations at places known for elegant-yet-defined noses, and Thank You also had good reviews and ratings, so I went for a consultation. There was some waiting time, but they guided me well, so it was manageable. They told me in advance when making the appointment that there could be a wait, so I went expecting it. I was recommended shaving the hump without osteotomy, placing silicone, and using donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage + septal cartilage. Because I don’t have much septal cartilage, they recommended donated costal cartilage together. The overall consultation atmosphere didn’t feel pushy or like overtreatment. They first asked what concerns I had and what nose shape I wanted, and then explained that to achieve that, this and that would need to be done, suggesting the surgical method and direction. They also explained every other question I had one by one, so it was good. I’m not planning to have surgery right away, so I’m casually going around for consultations, but if I seriously decide I should get surgery, this is one of the places I’d consider going back to for another consultation.
