I've been to several hospitals, and Director Chae has the highest level of understanding of double eyelid fixation and ptosis correction. He checks eyelid-opening strength by dividing it into several points, and he even performed revision surgery to resolve mild dissatisfaction after surgery. If it had been a plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam, I don't think they would have done it this easily. He is good at both releasing fixation and making fixation stronger, and he has a very high level of understanding of natural-looking double eyelids.
