There was about a 10-minute wait, and the director explained things kindly and did ask whether I had any questions, but I got the feeling they slightly wanted to wrap it up quickly. It seems like the director has a firm personal style. Recommended for people who like a glamorous look. The consultant kept holding onto me in a way that suggested I should leave a reservation deposit, so I paid the reservation deposit for now and left.
