There is a wait, and it was exactly as I saw in the reviews. They apply anesthetic cream to the nose, you wait, they wipe it off, then after an anesthetic injection, they put in the filler. The doctor and staff weren’t all extremely kind, but they just did what they needed to do, so I didn’t think much of it. The doctor injected it well, and when I asked questions, they explained in detail. So since it suited me well, I’m satisfied.
