It had not even been many years since my first rhinoplasty, but I developed nasal contracture, so I had revision surgery. The problem happened because everything was covered with implants all the way to the end, so for the revision surgery, I proceeded with autologous costal cartilage. Maybe because it was done with autologous costal cartilage, I liked that I didn’t feel any foreign-body sensation or anything like that. During the recovery process after surgery, the director handled and managed it well, so even though it was revision surgery, I was actually able to recover faster than after my first surgery, and I could spend the rest period comfortably. The nose shape was made with a polished but natural-looking feel, and it doesn’t look overly surgical, so I’m satisfied haha
