The director seems to have handled a lot of noses, so he gave off the vibe of an expert, but it did feel like he found explaining things a little bothersome hahaha It seems like he has about 3-4 surgeries a day, so he seemed busy There were no separate event discounts or anything, and the price was somewhat high even for a first surgery.
