It was a nose I'd already had surgery on, but over time some of it seems to have been absorbed and maybe a bit of contracture came on too T_T The columella also tucked in a bit, and overall it started to look like a short nose, so this time I had a revision at Mark... They replaced the existing silicone, lowered the columella using autologous costal cartilage, and lightly covered the part where the tip looked too sharp with dermis. Now I definitely don't feel the old contracture sensation at all, and the columella is set much more beautifully, so I'm satisfied T_T Before, even a slight side profile in photos was a huge stress and a complex for me, but these days I'm just confidently taking lots of side-profile selfies lol If you're looking into revision surgery, I recommend going for a consultation here too, because they take care of the whole nose from the bridge to the tip and columella.
