The director looked inside my nose and palpated it, then continued the medical consultation, explaining very professionally and even drawing pictures. Since my nose has been operated on several times, other hospitals sometimes reacted with surprise, but he did not try to scare me and calmly explained the surgical method, which I appreciated. I plan to make a reservation once my personal schedule is sorted out.
