First of all, I want to make it clear that 4 points is my baseline. Overall, I got a decent impression. The consultant in charge was quite attentive and kind. They also called the day before to say there might be a bit more of a wait for the consultation schedule, and adjusted the schedule. The director did give the impression that he had rushed in to do the consultation, but he marked the line well and it was good. The consultation itself was fine. I recommend going for a consultation. What bothers me is that they do not show the CCTV unless it is for medical submission, and I don't know if there is a particular reason for that, but it did feel a little uneasy.
