The consultation was seriously the worst. I called before going in, but the call got rejected, and when I went to the clinic and said I was there for a consultation, they told me to sit, so I filled out the basic information and sat down. But there was no consultation room, and it was right in front of the door lol. I literally had the consultation with the counter staff right in front. I asked a few questions I was curious about, the surgical method, and the date, but they sarcastically said I had a lot of questions, asked in a way like whether I was really going to do it, and were unfriendly. I went after seeing surgery reviews, but I was disappointed.
