I had under-eye fat repositioning and lower eyelid surgery 4 weeks ago. I originally didn't have much fat under my eyes, but I had severe dark circles, so I had surgery. The dark-circle area hasn't improved much. The clinic keeps telling me to wait, which is frustrating. Is it true that dark circles don't improve much in the first place?
