I don’t have a contracted nose, but my current nose is upturned, and since this place had many reviews for difficult contracted-nose cases, I came for a consultation. They said I absolutely had to give up on height and recommended autologous costal cartilage. I wasn’t thinking of nasal osteotomy or nostril reduction, and while they didn’t force it, they spoke as if I would probably need them. The price range is on the high side.
