Um, but maybe it's because of the swelling, the asymmetry is still the same, and even after surgery, the bone along the sideburn line is still protruding, so the frontal effect is relatively small I also had cortical osteotomy, but I don't know the effect of that yet. Maybe I should have done the chin tip too.. For now, I'm planning to watch it a bit longer, but I don't think you should expect something dramatic. Still, while I was hospitalized after surgery, it wasn't too difficult.
