I’m getting a third revision surgery, and both ear cartilage and rib cartilage were recommended to me. They said ear cartilage looks natural, but the shape might droop later, while rib cartilage won’t change shape, but it won’t look as natural as it does now I’m deliberating. For reference, right now I’ve only used ear cartilage.
