Not long after surgery, the line came completely undone. The ptosis correction also came undone. They charged separately for incisional double eyelid surgery/ptosis correction, but I’m not sure whether other hospitals do this too. The consultation was kind. It’s just that the surgery failed. In my case, the canthoplasty opened the eyes a lot. But even though it’s been over 3 years since surgery, the scars are still severe. I didn’t want to get revision surgery at a hospital that had botched it, and since it was my first cosmetic surgery and I didn’t know much, I didn’t file a separate complaint with the hospital.
