Before after after I was thinking about no-implant surgery for a hump nose and ended up doing it. I went to consultations at about 8 hospitals and thought a lot about silicone vs. no implant, and also thought a lot about whether to use septal cartilage. After going around for consultations, the estimates I got were about half silicone and half no-implant, so I just went with no implant, and I have no regrets. If only ear cartilage were used, I thought it would look too natural, and I wanted a natural yet polished look, so I used ear cartilage and septal cartilage. It does feel maybe a tiny bit like a slightly long Pinocchio nose toward the front, but at the current level I’m very satisfied! The hospital is kind, and it’s not the kind of hospital that ignores you if side effects occur, so I’m living satisfied with it.
