I went because I wanted to improve my bulbous nose, but they said I already had a bridge, so they told me not to use silicone or any autologous implant, and just do only tip cartilage tying. Other clinics said we should at least use ear cartilage or septal cartilage, but here they said I did not need to use anything at all, so I thought they really pursued a natural result... But compared to that, the price was not cheap, so I was a bit torn.
