My thighs were such a big concern that I got liposuction about a year ago, and I had no major side effects and was satisfied. The aftercare service was good too. I recommend it for people with very severe lower-body obesity. But I think you have to keep dieting to maintain it. I got a bit careless, and it is slowly coming back a little.
