Full-face fat grafting & forehead thread lift review It isn’t all smooth sailing…

Before <Before surgery> Before <Immediately after surgery> Before <6 weeks after surgery> Before <Before forehead thread lifting> Before <6 weeks after forehead thread lifting, when they said my double-eyelid line would show> Just because you get fat grafting doesn’t mean everything will be smooth sailing I don’t have much experience with plastic surgery, so I think I took it a bit too lightly

Looking at review photos, faces with little cheek fat, long faces, and peanut-shaped facial contours seemed to improve a lot, so I went for a consultation. They said the director had done a huge number of surgeries and many celebrities too. They said surgery could be done by supplementing the midface, and they showed me photos of a peanut-shaped face similar to mine, where the line came out smooth, so I decided to have surgery. I should have consulted many more clinics and found this community earlier I really regret it so much.

The consultant also recommended a forehead thread lift, saying my double-eyelid line would show. It was an area I was already concerned about, so I consulted with the doctor, and they said it would show, so I put in 8 threads.

I went up on the operating table thinking I’d gain volume and recover at least a little of my lost double eyelids...

Looking at the photos right after surgery, the contour looked a bit questionable to me, like whether this design was right or whether it was because of swelling. There’s none of the smooth line I saw in the photos.

The design I doubted right after surgery, wondering whether it would really settle prettily, turned out just as expected.. From week 3, as the swelling went down, the peanut shape became even more emphasized, but the doctor said they never put fat in my lower-face area and that it was just my original face.

And when I protested that, unlike the consultation and review photos, my peanut shape got worse and my face actually looked longer, they said they only show people whose results came out well, so I shouldn’t expect to become like that too...

There’s also a lump of fat in my left anterior cheek, and they said it would all disappear in 2 months. But it’s week 6 and there has still been no change at all, so after looking it up I’m suspicious it might be scar tissue

For the forehead thread lift, when I asked why my double-eyelid line wasn’t showing, they said my eyelids are so droopy that even with surgery, my eyes are the type where it won’t show. Shouldn’t they have diagnosed that before surgery??

And I ended up going through a hellish time because of forehead thread lift pain; it seriously hurts like crazy. I really want to stop anyone who is considering this surgery. It’s week 6 and it still hurts whenever I move the muscles around my eyes.

And after surgery, you can basically assume the consultant is almost unreachable, and if you call the clinic, they tell you to talk to the consultant. An infinite loop lol

Before surgery they only showed me dreams and hope, but if it wasn’t going to improve even with surgery, why did I have it done? And yet they say nothing went wrong with the surgery, it’s just the patient’s subjective dissatisfaction.

They went back and forth about whether they would refund me, kept changing their words and putting it off, and now they’re ignoring all my messages, saying they can’t do it because I wrote a negative review. Instead they’re talking about legal damages against me.

The clinic said fat grafting is a simple surgery and has no side effects at all, and since it’s such a commonly performed surgery, I thought that was true too. For 2–3 weeks I couldn’t live without painkillers because of the pain, and the forehead thread lift still hurts

They put some in my forehead and glabella as a service, but even that had no effect at all Of the three things I had done this time: fat grafting, lifting, and Botox, none of them had any effect

The clinic says the fat grafting is just something I’m dissatisfied with, and that it’s better than before.

But none of my acquaintances can tell I had surgery. They ask what I did.. But when they look at my face, the common opinion is that the lower-face area looks a bit bumpy Even people who know a bit about plastic surgery can’t tell...

So unlike the review photos, they say my image hasn’t changed at all and I just look the same as before lol

If I was a skinny peanut before, now I’m a big peanut

Since week 4, regardless of whether the fat is engrafting or what, I’ve been diligently self-massaging the lower-face area because I’m afraid it’ll collapse more The doctor said that. When I asked how to improve the collapsed lower-face line, they said it wasn’t their responsibility, but if it bothered me and I didn’t like it, I should self-massage. Ha...

Did I have surgery for this...? I’m the only one taking responsibility, and I’m the only one in pain... I really want to turn back time
