I had surgery 4 years ago at a hospital famous for costal cartilage particle rhinoplasty. Right now I have no discomfort or side effects at all, and it just feels like my own nose. However, my nose was completely bulbous, so I don’t like the current shape and want revision surgery. I had a slight, not severe, hump, but after a year or two, the shape wasn’t corrected and came back.
