Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

I’m so satisfied after surgery for my lateral and 45-degree cheekbones

I was concerned about my 45-degree cheekbones and lateral cheekbones, so I decided to go in for a consultation this time. I looked into several clinics, and because the reviews were good, I chose Contour Standard Clinic.

What I liked during the consultation was that Director Oh Jeong-seok said it would be better to reduce them moderately rather than reducing them too drastically. Since I also didn’t want an excessive change, that reassured me. Also, during the consultation, I heard that CCTV viewing was possible, and these days a lot of people are sensitive about another doctor performing the surgery, you know. I think that point especially appealed to me and made me trust them more.

On day 1 after surgery, the swelling wasn’t that severe, but from day 3 to day 5, the swelling gradually got a bit worse. It didn’t hurt, but opening my mouth was extremely uncomfortable. It was to the point where I couldn’t brush my teeth at all, so I only had drinkable foods like soy milk. After about a week, the swelling started to go down a little, so there wasn’t major discomfort in daily life. From week 1, I started eating a little bit, and now I’m at week 2. Most of the major swelling is almost gone, and I’m eating without difficulty.

However, since it’s still early after surgery, sensation in the cheekbone area hasn’t returned 100% completely. The lateral cheekbones are visibly reduced for sure, but the 45-degree cheekbone area still has swelling, so although it has gone down, I think the swelling needs to go down more compared to the lateral cheekbones! I think I’ll only know the accurate result after a little more time passes. Still, there aren’t any painful or sore areas after surgery, so I think the surgery went well.

And now 4 weeks have passed. At first, it was uncomfortable because of swelling and pain, but as time goes by, the swelling is going down and I can feel my facial line gradually becoming more defined. I was most worried about the 45-degree cheekbone area, and I couldn’t really tell whether it was swelling, but now that it’s been 4 weeks, maybe because the swelling has gone down a bit, I can see that the line around the 45-degree cheekbone area has become more refined haha As expected! Now it doesn’t look like I had surgery at all, and nobody knows lol. The swelling hasn’t gone down perfectly yet, but I’m satisfied with the changes so far alone. I can still feel swelling in my face, so I think I’ll be even more satisfied as time passes.

This review is for a surgery review pursuing natural beauty.
