I went there while doing a lot of online research because of revision eye surgery. The staff member was extremely kind.. I asked questions for quite a long time, but she answered sincerely without looking tired. After that, the doctor came in, and the staff stood behind and waited (I didn't really mind; I'd seen many cases even more extreme than this lol) The doctor looked quite tired, but answered my prepared questions diligently and seemed to make an effort to address what had been bothering me. The reason I ultimately didn't choose surgery was that, once I got home and thought about it, there were quite a few questions about the answers I had received at the time. It's still one of the clinics I'm keeping on my list.
