I had only one dimple on one side and none on the other, so I had been worrying about it for a long time. Honestly, I hesitated about whether to do it. Other people don't notice much of a difference. Still, I went ahead because my own satisfaction matters most. I asked them to make it as natural as possible. I had it done without incisions, and the result is satisfying.
